The idea began with a simple word: nest. A place that holds you. A place built with care, and love. That’s what these two midwives create for the families they support — not just medical guidance, but warmth, calm, and a sense of being held. That’s why they went with"Die Nesthebammen". When the website was finished, the team shifted into the shoot with the same feeling in mind. After sharing references and imagining small scenes of how their services might look with all their honest truths, we shot a series of images in a cosy little flat that will soon become a new nest for twins. For the look, we leaned into something soft and contemporary, almost fashion-like, with warm soft colours and a bit of flash.  But what mattered most were the truths we chose to show. The real tenderness, the real work, the real bodies, because mum's might need a diaper too.
